The training plan will include your daily mileage, cross training days, rest days. The plan allows for proper build up and tapering to race day. There are 4 different levels of plans to choose from. Run/Walk, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

ABOUT COACH DENISE:
Marathon Whisperer, Author and 27-Time Chicago Marathon finisher, Coach Denise Sauriol combines her experience from 28 years of running marathons with her 12 years of coaching athletes into writing her training plans.
