Marathon Whisperer and 25-Time Chicago Marathon finisher, Coach Denise Sauriol, can help prepare you for your first, fastest and or FUNNEST race.  She has completed over 300+ races (including 117 marathons, 2xIronman Triathlons, 2X100-Mile Ultra Marathons and counting)

The Run For Change 2021 Fall Marathon Training Program offers a Virtual Marathon training option and an In-Person/Group Training Option. 

VIRTUAL TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES

  2. Weekly newsletter
  3. Weekly Zoom Coach Chats
  4. Access to Coach Denise via email throughout the whole training season

GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES: 

  1. Training plan
  2. Weekly newsletter
  3. Weekly Zoom Coach Chats
  4. Weekly Wednesday Evening (6:15 PM) Track Workouts
  5. Weekly Saturday Morning (6:00 AM) Long Runs
  6. Access to Coach Denise via email and at workouts throughout the whole training season
  7. Supported 20 Mile Long Run

 PLEASE NOTE->->->

  • Your training plan will start on 5/31/2021 and take you through race day.
  • The Wednesday evening and Saturday morning group workouts start/finish at the foot of the North Avenue Pedestrian Bridge (just west of Lake Shore Drive) 
  • There will be a place to store personal items at the workouts
  • There will be hydration and nutrition provided at workouts 
  • The first group  run is Wednesday, June 5th at 6:15 PM
