The Run For Change 2023 Fall Marathon Training Program offers a Virtual Marathon training option and an In-Person/Group Training Option.

"ME, YOU & 26.2" GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES: 

  1. Training plan

  3. Bi-Weekly Zoom Coach Chats
  4. Weekly Saturday Morning (6:00 AM) Long Runs with nutrition, hydration, surprises.
  5. Access to Coach Denise via email and at workouts throughout the training season
  6. Supported 20 Mile Long Run
  7. Race day RunSpiration room with Gear check/Food & Drinks for Chicago

 PLEASE NOTE->->->

  • Your training plan will start on 5/28/2023 and take you through race day.
  • The Saturday morning group workouts start/finish at the foot of the North Avenue Pedestrian Bridge (just west of Lake Shore Drive) 
  • There will be a place to store personal items at the workouts
  • There will be hydration and nutrition provided at workouts 
  • The first group run is Saturday, June 3rd at 6:00 AM
