The Run For Change 2022 Fall Marathon Training Program offers a Virtual Marathon training option and an In-Person/Group Training Option.

"ME, YOU & 26.2" GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES: 

  1. Training plan
  2. Weekly newsletter
  3. Weekly Zoom Coach Chats
  4. Weekly Saturday Morning (6:00 AM) Long Runs
  5. Access to Coach Denise via email and at workouts throughout the whole training season
  6. Supported 20 Mile Long Run

 PLEASE NOTE->->->

  • Your training plan will start on 5/29/2022 and take you through race day.
  • The Saturday morning group workouts start/finish at the foot of the North Avenue Pedestrian Bridge (just west of Lake Shore Drive) 
  • There will be a place to store personal items at the workouts
  • There will be hydration and nutrition provided at workouts 
  • The first group run is Saturday, June 11th at 6:00 AM
